1977 - Westminster Mall originally constructed with thirty stores and Joslin's as the main anchor store. In 1997 Joslin's became Dillard's.

1986 - Mall expanded to include three new anchors, Macy's, Broadway Southwest (now Sears), and Mervyn's.

1987 - JC Penney added as fifth anchor store.

1993 - Wards is added as sixth anchor store.

1996 - Sears replaces Broadway Southwest.

1998 - Sales totaled $289 million, the second highest total in Colorado in sales per square foot.

2000 - 10 million renovation begins.

2001 - January - Renovation complete - Grand Re-Opening
